 The owner of Tim Ho Wan, Mak Gui Pui, was originally working in a Chinese restaurant in Four Season Hotel in Hong Kong. With his culinary experience, he helped the restaurant to earn three Michelin stars. With his experiences, he created Tim Ho Wan with another partner, Leung Fai Keung,  who is also wonderful because they have created dim sum with a fresh and special texture. People love the dim sum and they get to expand owning other stores. Their stores are usually full of people dining and walking in lines to get a table.
